Changelog

Every change visitors can notice, newest first.

  1. Fix

    Cyprus prices temporarily unavailable

The official Cyprus price observatory now requires a government login, so FuelRamen cannot read it for the moment. Searches in Cyprus now say the data is unavailable instead of loading forever. Cyprus prices will return once the data can be read again.

  2. Improved

Trip cost is easier to find

After a search, the trip cost panel is now open by default, with a clearer title: which fuel is cheapest for your trip.

  3. New

    Changelog

This page: every change visitors can notice, newest first.

  4. New

    Data status page

A new Status page, linked in the footer, shows for each country whether its official price source is working: up to date, delayed, problem or no data yet, with the time of the last check.

  5. New

    Cross-border fill-up tip

In the trip cost panel you can now enter a destination and your tank size. When the trip crosses a border and fuel is clearly cheaper on one side, FuelRamen suggests where to fill up and roughly how much you save on a full tank. A tip is only given when at least three stations on each side publish a price.

  6. New

    Trip cost calculator

After a search, compare what a trip costs with each fuel your car can use (diesel, petrol E10, E5 / SP95, Super 98, E85 or LPG), at the prices around the place you searched. Distances are straight-line estimates.

  7. New

    About page

A short About page explains who runs FuelRamen. The footer now says it plainly: FuelRamen is free, ad-free and non-commercial, with no account and no tracking, and it is not affiliated with any fuel brand, station or government agency.

  8. Improved

Sources page: one table per country

The Sources page now lists, for every country, the official organisation that publishes the prices, the licence of its data and the attribution it asks for. Licences were checked on the publishers' own pages.

  9. Data

    Montenegro added

Official maximum fuel prices for Montenegro, with a map of stations. The site is also available in Montenegrin.

  10. Data

    North Macedonia added

Official maximum fuel prices for North Macedonia, with a map of stations. The site is also available in Macedonian.

  11. Data

    Moldova added

Station prices for Moldova from the national energy regulator (ANRE, e-Carburanți).
